Clevis pins with a split pin hole close to the end that can lock material and clevis pin when installed , the chamfered end is a leading purpose , it helps clevis pin to locate and fix during insert material .
Clevis pin has a head this allow it not to be sunken into material and slip out when locking material , the shank length of clevis pin should be same as thickness as material and leave split pin hole outside material .
Normally , the shank length of clevis pin is under 200 mm for the most pieces and the diameter can be up to 50mm , it is workable to make more length and bigger sizes .
