4X10 Close End Black Aluminum Blind Rivets Pull Through Mandrel DIN 7337
Aluminum blind rivet with a round head close end ,it consists of a rivet body and a mandrel ,blind rivet can be inserted and installed completely into a joint from one side , put blind rivet into a drilled hole and pull the head of the mandrel into rivet body and then the rivet body will be expanded and flared against reverse side . when the head of the mandrel reaches the face of the blind side , the mandrel snaps at break point that was formed under a cross action of the pulling force and predetermined force .

Blind rivets generally manufactured in full aluminum material , besides , stainless steel , carbon steel and copper or brass can be used . and sometimes mixture of materials are taken eg , aluminum head with steel mandrel .

Normally, aluminum blind rivets are not plated as itself with corrosion resistance , but other materials like steel should be plated .

| Zinc | Various color can be choosed and perfect on anti-corrosion |
| Nickel | Make the surface of the screws more bright and hardened and the performance of screws will be improved |
| Polish | Improving the brightness of surface but is inferior is not as zinc in anti-corrosion |
| Tin | Perfect to be anti-rust , and widely used to components |
| Brass | It is usually used with Nickel for more good anti-corrrosion. |
| Paint | Its powder paint with colors to prevent surface from rust. |
Applications
Blind rivets are generally used to various fields like aerospace ,airplane ,vehicle and building ,electric appliances ,furniture etc .
Installation
1 , Drill suitable holes for blind rivets
2 , Put blind rivet into riveting gun for being ready to install
3 , Start riveting gun and let it make blind rivet expanded and stuffed hole
4 , Install rivet into work pieces .
